Policies:

• The management of Aracari Resort reserves the rights to refuse any application made for membership without giving reasons for so.
• Management reserves the right to dissolve membership at any given time if card holder violates any rules of the Resort. In the case of cards being confiscated members will not have a reimbursement of membership fees.
• Any alleged violation of rules by Card holders will be subjected to investigation pending decision by management. Card holders will be entitled to fair and free hearing.
•  Card Holders will not be allowed to enter more than its stipulated amount of guests.
• Cards holders will not be allowed into the Resort with glass wares and glass bottles.
• No lewd attire or behavior will be allowed.
• No pets will be allowed into the Resort.
• Membership fees are not refundable.
• Card holders are responsible for their guests and the rules to the Resort also apply to the Card Holder.
• No unlicensed firearms will be allowed.
