The Resort is named after a bird, the ARACARI, a member of the Toucan Family.
This Resort was conceived in 2005 while CEO Mr. Sase Shewnarain attended the University of West Indies – Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, where he was persuing his Masters in Business Administration.
The Graduate Residence was his inspiration for the design.
Each building in the Resort is designed with 6 units per floor on three floors for a total of 18 units.
Both units is an almost stand alone that affords the user the ultimate in privacy and relaxation.
The 6 units on each floor are joined together by a common area using latticed wall for air flow, creating a cooling effect.
